Luce was founded in Palma by Isabel Ferrer with a simple idea: that a remarkable home deserves the same care as a work of art, and a buyer the same discretion as a collector.
(01) Our story
We began as a two-person office above a bookshop on the Born. Twenty years later we are still small on purpose: four offices, one standard, and never more homes than we can know properly.
Most of what we sell never appears online. Owners come to us because they would rather not see their home on a portal, and buyers come because they know we will only show them something worth the flight.
Every instruction is led by one senior advisor and supported by our own lawyers, architects and photographers. Nothing is handed to a third party, and nothing is rushed to meet a quarterly target.

2004
The first office
Isabel Ferrer opens Luce on Passeig del Born, Palma, with a single listing in Deià.
2011
Côte d’Azur
An office in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat follows clients who had bought with us in Mallorca.
2016
The Private Office
A dedicated team for off-market sales. Today it handles six in ten of our transactions.
2019
Lake Como
Chiara Bellini joins as partner and opens our first Italian office in Bellagio.
2023
Comporta
A small office on the Alentejo coast, our first outside the Mediterranean proper.
2026
€1.4bn placed
Two hundred and fourteen homes represented, and the same number of senior advisors as in 2016.
